Brella works best in Chrome, as you will be able to use video, audio, and screen sharing using this browser. In Safari, you will be able to use audio-only, as video streams may not render correctly.
Open the URL that was emailed to you in a Chrome browser; the email contains your unique "Join Code". If you have not received your code, please reach out to [email protected]
Please select the 'Create Your Brella Account' when registering on the Platform and make sure you use the same email as the one you used to register for the event. Remember to always use the same sign-in method. When creating your account, please be sure to select your time zone so the schedule appears with the right times for you. Note the default is Pacific Standard Time.
Click on ‘Start Networking’. Make sure you select the days you are available as this will allow for you to set-up virtual meetings, privately chat and allow others to connect with you.
Select the overarching categories you/your organization are interested in exploring during TAS Virtual Edition. You will be able to focus on specific interest areas within each Category. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you do this as Brella will use your selections to match and facilitate networking and connections with participants with similar interests through their networking algorithm. Choose as many as you would like.
We will be sending important information throughout the day. To fully take advantage of this platform, please ensure your account is set to allow notifications, more on how to do that here. You will also need to disable your Pop Up Blocker in your Chrome Browser, by going to Settings > Privacy and Security > Pop-ups and redirects. You will be able to view all push notifications in the 'More' tab of the virtual platform, beneath the header image (highlighted in green until the notification is clicked).
Select ‘Start Networking’ again once you are done with your selections. You are all set to start networking.

Allows you to browse event attendees, bookmark profiles and schedule 1-on-1 meetings. This is where you can take advantage of the Matchmaking Feature (see below for additional information).
Allows you to explore the program and choose the sessions you wish to attend
• Bookmark the sessions and use the Calendar Sync function (click on the star)
• Tag & Track sessions
• Select and access the session of your choice at the time noted on the schedule
This is where sessions (for all tracks) will be displayed. Select the sessions of your choice within the top drop-down.

Visit our exhibitors and sponsors at their booth. Each booth includes company information as well as useful links, videos and staff information. In addition, the interactive chat feature allows you to engage with the Exhibitors and Sponsors.
This is where you will find important information from TAS Virtual Edition, including CME information, The Amazing Aesthetic Race information, Technical Assistance and more. The ‘More’ tab is also where important notifications will be displayed.
• Go to the People tab
• Select ‘Suggest Meeting’ button on the person’s profile
• Select one of the available time slots
• Once connected, you can then start chatting with that person; or get on a
1-to1 video call
