Sheila Barbarino, MD, FACS

Sheila Barbarino, MD, FACS, is a board-certified surgeon with a fellowship in oculo-facial plastics/full body cosmetic surgery, specializing in full body cosmetic surgery and a full face. Dr. Barbarino is an international speaker, key opinion leader, author of over 15 published peer reviewed articles, global aesthetic ambassador, trainer, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon. 

Russell Bartels, MD, FACOG

Dr. Bartels is a board-certified OB/GYN, founder of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of Scottsdale (Scottsdale, Ariz.), co-founder of Scottsdale Center for Women's Health, and founder of Vitality Hormones for Men. In 2005 he recognized the need in Arizona for an expert in the field of cosmetic gynecology and vaginal rejuvenation. After completing additional training and certification, he became the first in Scottsdale to provide these services. Since then, he has been an early adopter of the various non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation devices and has become the leading expert in Arizona for both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic gynecologic services. Gregory W. Chernoff, MD, FRCS

Leann Griffin, RN, CCRN, BURN-C, CEO

Leann has been a registered nurse since 1992 and has worked in all areas of critical care. While taking care of high-percentage burn patients in the burn ICU, Leann developed her passion for the rejuvenation of skin and the healing of damaged tissue. Growing up in Southern California, Leann was intrigued by the obsession with youth and beauty. This intrigue into finding the fountain of youth, as well as an intense passion for the rejuvenation of damaged skin, brings to Vixen’s clients a balance they appreciate and results they love. As the CEO of Vixen Aesthetics, Leann oversees the training of all employees and maintains instructor-level proficiencies in all services offered at Vixen. Leann specializes in the fine art and science of Botox and facial filler placement as well as using PDO threads, since their invention, to lift lax skin and stimulate collagen.

Francisco Llano, MD

Llano obtained his M.D. in the UNAM, he has post-graduate studies on Anti-Aging Medicine and Aesthetic Medicine in Brazil.  In 2010 he was a PHD tutor, University of Messina. Italy. Prize to the Leader in Research and Health Sciences, for the Benefit of Mankind 2019, Medellin Colombia. Katie Martin, PA-C

Katie Martin, PA-C is an Advanced Aesthetic Injector and acting Vice President of Clinical Operations at HTB Aesthetics.  She is the co-owner and Director of Education at HTB Aesthetics Academy.  In 2022, Katie was named to the prestigious GAIN Faculty for Galderma Aesthetics. Katie has a passion for aesthetics and strives to elevate the entire industry by training other professionals in natural, safe injection techniques.

Joseph Niamtu, III, DMD

Dr. Niamtu is well known in international cosmetic facial surgery circles as a surgeon, teacher, and author and is regarded as a key opinion leader by academics and clinicians worldwide. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and his practice is limited to cosmetic facial surgery. Dr. Niamtu lectures internationally on cosmetic facial surgery and has taught on six continents around the world. He has written four textbooks, 22 chapters in other textbooks, hundreds of publications on various cosmetic facial topics, and a cosmetic facial surgery DVD series. Dr. Niamtu has served on the board of directors of the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation and chaired numerous committees with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, where he currently sits as Chair of the Communications Committee. Brooke Nichol, RN

Brooke Nichol is a Registered Nurse and owns Saving Face in Austin, TX. Brooke is currently an Allergan Medical Institute trainer and was named top 100 Injector by The Best Aesthetic Injectors in America in 2018. Brooke believes in empowering others to be their best. In 2019 Brooke and her husband launched Post Love Skincare, a CBD, wellness line that helps clients with post treatment and internal wellness. In 2022, they opened their second location, Saving Face Body & Mind.

Alexander Rivkin, MD

Dr. Rivkin is an aesthetic specialist and Assistant Clinical Professor at the UCLA School of Medicine. Undergraduate - Columbia University. Medical degree - Yale School of Medicine. Residency in Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery - UC San Diego. His practice, Westside Aesthetics, is focused on developing and perfecting non-invasive, non-ablative cosmetic treatments. He is best known nationally for pioneering and popularizing the Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty procedure.

Edward M. Zimmerman, MD

Dr. Zimmerman graduated with departmental honors in biology from The Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, Md.) and has a master’s degree in physiology from Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.). He received his medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, after which he completed a three-year residency in family medicine in Beaver, Pennsylvania, with a heavy emphasis on surgical procedures, emergency room and urgent care medicine. As faculty of that residency, he introduced the first outpatient, CO2 laser to Western Pennsylvania. Dr. Z is a diplomate of, and currently serving as the president of the American Board of Laser Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery since 1994; member of the American Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgery; member of both the American and European Academies of Cosmetic Surgery and the American College of Phlebology and has received the prestigious “Award for Academic Excellence in Cosmetic Surgery Education” from the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Z is the medical director of Las Vegas Laser & Lipo in Las Vegas, Nevada.
